This is my first order experience. I have not used the products, but except for product satisfaction, my experience regarding all other aspects of dealing with this company have been very good.
Ordering & Delivery was OK. Have not yet needed to use the items ordered as I still had enough left in my printer. Cannot really tell the quality of these items. I have ordered before and the items worked fine. I can assume these will work as well.

the Dell Original cartridges only print 6K so the user gets an additional 3000 pages printlife by using a remanufactured cartridge from Printer Cartridge Supplies Ltd, again this printer has a cheap cost per copy as it contains a separate Tonerkit and Drum Kit

We have always owned HP printers. Due to bad reviews on the current HPs, we checked out some other brands. We ordered this Brother based on our needs and the reviews.
What a great printer!
I was able to connect the printer to my router by following the directions, then had a little trouble with connecting it to my PCs. I called Brother’s toll-free support line, and the person (American speaker) gave me clear, easy, informed directions on how to connect both of our PCs (she took me through the steps twice, once for each computer). Within 10 minutes, our laptops were sending documents wirelessly to the printer.
I also like the ink cartridge set-up: four separate cartridges. So if I use lots of red, I can just replace that cartridge instead of replacing a “color cartridge” that may still contain a lot of blue and yellow.
I would definitely recommend this printer.
